Blank/Missing Grades Report Selection

The Blank/Missing Grades Report Selection page produces a report showing blank, missing, and incomplete assignment grades according to options entered on this page.

To produce a report:

  1. From the Reports menu, select Blank/Missing Grades.

The Blank/Missing Grades Report Selection page is displayed allowing you to enter options for generating the report.

  1. The Semester field defaults to the current semester. Click to select another semester for which you want to print the report.

  2. The Cycle field defaults to the current cycle. Click to select another cycle for which you want to print the report.

  3. In the Course Section field, click to select the course section for which you want to print the report.

  4. Under Grade Selection Options, select the items you want to include in the report. For example, to include all student assignment grades for which no grade has been entered, select Show Blank Grades. To include all items, select Select All.

  5. Under Viewing Options, you can select the data that will appear on the report.

  1. To produce the report, click Generate.

  2. The report will open in a new window, and you can print the report from that window. This page will remain open on your desktop. View the Blank/Missing Grades Report Help page for information about the report.
